This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or processed in the Virelia mobile application (the "Application"), available on iPhone. By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. What is Virelia

Virelia helps users understand sleep quality, circadian rhythm, recovery signals, lifestyle patterns and daily recommendations. The Application is designed to make wellness information simple, visual and useful.

Virelia is not a medical application. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

5. Local Data Storage

Virelia stores app data locally on your device using local persistence technologies such as CoreData / SwiftData and UserDefaults. This may include sleep summaries, recovery history, rhythm estimates, user profile settings, notification preferences and smart alarm configuration.

Health data is used to generate insights inside the Application. We do not operate a server for storing your detailed sleep or HealthKit records.

6. Recommendations and Public Sources

Virelia's educational insights and recommendations are based on analysis of available user data and information from publicly available sources, including articles, academic papers, dissertations and educational materials from the internet. These recommendations are informational and should not be treated as medical advice.

7. Use of Analytics Services

We may use Mixpanel, a third-party analytics service, to analyze feature usage, improve the user experience, diagnose errors and improve stability. Analytics events are designed not to include detailed HealthKit samples, sleep records, medical information or personally sensitive health content. 8. Subscription Management

Premium features may be managed using Superwall, a paywall and subscription orchestration service. Superwall may receive anonymized subscription and paywall events, but it does not receive your detailed sleep data, HealthKit records or personal health content. 9. Payments

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.

10. Data Transfer and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary for analytics, app stability, subscription management, legal compliance or protection of rights and safety.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Since Virelia is designed around local storage for sleep and rhythm data, the risk of unauthorized access to detailed wellness content is reduced, but no digital system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Children

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us.

13. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data. Since most app data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by removing the Application. For other requests, contact us using the email below.

14. Not a Medical Application

Virelia does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, prevention, cure or emergency guidance. The Application is intended for general wellness awareness only. For medical concerns, sleep disorders or health-related decisions, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be published within the Application or on this website. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
