Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or processed in the MOTION mobile application (the "Application"), available on iPhone. By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. What is MOTION

MOTION is an iPhone app that turns photos and video clips into short videos. It offers montage recipes, beat-synced cuts, a multi-track timeline, audio lanes (original audio, music, sound effects, and voiceover), text and stickers, filters and effects, 3D Photo depth effects, local projects, and on-device export to Photos or Files when you choose to save.

3. Data Required for Functionality

The Application may request access to the following system features:

• Photo Library — used to import the photos and videos you choose for projects, and to save exported videos or GIFs when you tap Save to Photos.
• Camera — used when you capture a new photo or video clip for a project on this device.
• Microphone — used to record voiceovers and to capture sound when you record camera video.

Access is requested when needed for the feature you start. You can manage these permissions at any time in iOS Settings. MOTION does not upload your photos or videos to a server.

4. Local Storage

Most MOTION content stays on your device, including imported media, timeline edits, montage recipes and seeds, beat analysis results, 3D Photo scenes, text and sticker layers, audio files you import or record, project drafts, editor preferences, and exported files you choose to keep. This keeps your work available inside the Application without requiring an account. Your media remains under your control unless you choose to share or save it elsewhere.

5. On-device Processing

Editing, beat analysis, 3D Photo depth, montage generation, and export are designed to run on your iPhone. The Application is built so that creating a project does not require sending your camera roll to a remote render service.

6. Analytics

We use Mixpanel to understand feature usage, improve product stability and detect technical issues. Mixpanel receives event-level analytics data that does not directly identify you. Learn more at mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

7. Subscription Services

The Application uses Superwall for paywall presentation and subscription flow orchestration. Superwall may process anonymous paywall and purchase-flow events. Learn more at superwall.com/privacy.

Some features may require an active subscription. After a trial or subscription ends, free-tier limits apply again, including to new work. Existing local projects remain on the device; premium-only tools are gated until a subscription is active again.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Subscription renewal and cancellation are managed in iOS Settings. 9. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers required for Application functionality, analytics, diagnostics, or when legally required.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information handled by the Application. No digital system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we limit processing to what is needed for the product experience and keep creative media on-device by default.

11. Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us for review.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data. You may also request additional details via the contact email below. Deleting the Application removes locally stored projects from that device.

13. Website Preview

The MOTION page on the Pixaro Studio website may show sample screenshots and a local browser preview that switches recipe descriptions on your device. That preview does not upload your media to our servers.

14. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
