1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or processed in the Grid Planner mobile application (the "Application"), available on iPhone. By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. What is Grid Planner

Grid Planner is a visual feed planner that helps users arrange posts and carousels into grids, import screenshot layouts, edit photos, manage multiple plans, and schedule local publish reminders.

3. Data Required for Functionality

The Application may request access to the following system features:

• Photo Library — used to import photos into posts, capture or import grid screenshots, and export finished images when you choose to save or share.
• Camera — used when you choose to capture a new photo for a post or grid import.
• Notifications — used for publish reminders you schedule yourself. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device.

You can manage these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Local Storage

Most Grid Planner content is stored locally on your device, including plans, posts, drafts, archive items, overlays, editor preferences and reminder schedules. This helps keep your work available inside the Application without requiring an account.

5. Analytics

We use Mixpanel to understand feature usage, improve product stability and detect technical issues. Mixpanel receives event-level analytics data that does not directly identify you. Learn more at mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

6. Subscription Services

The Application uses Superwall for paywall presentation and subscription flow orchestration. Superwall may process anonymous paywall and purchase-flow events. Learn more at superwall.com/privacy.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Subscription renewal and cancellation are managed in iOS Settings.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers required for Application functionality, analytics, diagnostics or when legally required.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information handled by the Application. No digital system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we limit processing to what is needed for the product experience.

10. Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us for review.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data. You may also request additional details via the contact email below.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
